Make a difference and earn community service hours by supporting the American Cancer Society in Laredo. Students can earn as many hours as they want by purchasing or selling Luminarias. A luminaria is beautifully illuminated bags with candles inside that make an impact when the sun goes down. These luminarias are lit, during our heartfelt cancer fundraising events, a moment of silence is dedicated to these glowing tributes and one can see the names of people. Each Luminaria represents love and hope, honoring those who have lost their lives to cancer, those bravely fighting it, and those who have triumphed over it. Your contribution will not only light up our events but also bring light to the lives of many. Join us in this meaningful cause and help make a lasting impact.   Money will be collected the first week of April.

We love to participate in community services that Keep Laredo Beautiful commits to.
